When you request a service, we may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, shipping origin and destination, pickup and delivery addresses, preferred dates and times, receiver information, descriptions of goods or vehicles, supplier or business-request details and any other information you choose to provide. Our website and hosting providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use your information to review requests, prepare quotes, contact you, coordinate pickup, receiving, procurement, consolidation, shipping and delivery, maintain customer-service records, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We may share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers involved in your request, including hosting providers, warehouses, carriers, customs or documentation partners and other logistics providers. When you choose WhatsApp, Cash App or Zelle, your activity on that service is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information, and this website does not collect your payment-app login, card or bank details.
Invoice tracking
Customers can retrieve their shipment progress using their new MMLLC invoice reference, the sender or receiver name printed on the invoice. The result includes shipment progress, destination, item quantities, the assigned container and a link to its shipping line’s official tracking page. When you choose to visit that page, the shipping line’s own privacy terms apply. It does not list other customers sharing that container or show invoice charges. Tracking attempts are rate limited using time-bucketed hashes of network addresses; entered sender or receiver names are not stored in those attempt records.
Package labels and QR tracking
Printed package labels include the sender and recipient names, recipient phone number, destination and a unique package reference. Anyone with a package label or its QR link can view these delivery details, package contents and recorded shipment progress. Invoice prices, payment instructions and pickup addresses are not included on the QR tracking page. Keep labels and QR links with the people handling the shipment.
Storage and retention
Website requests, invoices, package records and shipment updates are retained in our system. Invoice documents are accessible through the private administrative dashboard; package QR links provide the limited delivery information described above. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with a website request, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Contact us using the details below.
Children
This website is intended for adults requesting business and logistics services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
