MARCUS MENZ LLC
Terms of Service
Effective August 28, 2026
These Terms govern use of the Marcus Menz Shipping & Procurement website and service-request process. By submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully.
Website requests and quotes
A website request is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking or contract. Pricing, routes, schedules, pickup arrangements and service scope become binding only when confirmed in writing by Marcus Menz LLC. Quotes may expire or change if shipment information, carrier charges, exchange rates, duties or other costs change.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate descriptions, quantities, dimensions, weights, values, addresses, receiver details and required documents. You must own the goods or have authority to ship or purchase them. Vehicles may require valid title, identification, purchase and export documents.
Restricted or prohibited goods
You must disclose hazardous, regulated, perishable, high-value or restricted goods before booking. We may refuse items that cannot lawfully or safely be procured, handled, transported, exported, imported or delivered.
Pickup and delivery
A requested pickup date or time is a preference and is not guaranteed until confirmed. The customer must provide safe access, accurate addresses and an authorized person for pickup or delivery. Additional waiting, redelivery, storage or access costs may apply when disclosed and confirmed.
Transit times and third parties
Transit and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Carriers, ports, customs authorities, warehouses and other third parties may affect schedules. Delays caused by inspections, weather, congestion, documentation, government action or events outside reasonable control may occur.
Procurement and supplier services
We use reasonable care in sourcing, supplier communication and follow-up. Product specifications, samples, inspections and approvals should be confirmed before production or purchase. Supplier checks and inspections reduce risk but cannot eliminate every manufacturing, commercial or delivery risk.
Customs, duties and charges
Responsibility for customs clearance, duties, taxes, port charges, storage and final delivery will be stated in the written quote or service confirmation. Customers remain responsible for accurate documents and any charges not expressly included.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payment schedules, accepted methods, cancellation terms and any refund rights will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice or written service agreement. The website may provide Cash App or Zelle payment details, but payments are processed by those services and participating financial institutions, not by this website. Pay only after receiving an approved quote or invoice. Verify that the Cash App ID is exactly $MarcusMenz or the Zelle number is 817-420-2258, and include your request or invoice reference in the payment note.
Loss, damage and liability
Any cargo claim, declared-value requirement, insurance option or limitation of liability will be governed by the applicable written quote, transport document, carrier terms and law. Customers should request cargo or vehicle insurance details before confirming service.
Electronic communication
You agree that we may respond to your request by phone, email or WhatsApp using the contact information you provide. WhatsApp communications are also subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy practices.
Governing law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
